Being a not for profit association, for just $10 a year anyone can join BEND and be a part of this exciting project. Minutes of meetings are e-mailed to keep members abreast throughout the process or you can be involved in discussions on a large range of issues. BEND has a Construction Certificate for the sub-division and are currently selecting a contractor to install the infrastructure in September so that by early 2008, we should see the first homes going up.
