This 13 day residential course is suited to those wishing to live in the temperate regions of South Eastern Australia. The outline of the course follows the texts of Bill Mollisons -' A Designers Manual' and David Holmgrens- 'Principles and Pathways beyond Sustainability'. It will provide participants with the knowledge and skills to become designers for their own property,as a consultant to others and play an active role within their community.

This course takes permaculture back to the venue where Bill Mollison delivered his second ever PDC, then know as ONTOS. Set in the beautiful forests of Far East Gippsland, the course is specific to participants wanting to reside in the temperate regions of South eastern Australia as it is species specific.

All the tutors come with first hand experience in the topics they are presenting and have been trained to deliver the information using Creative Facilitation techniques. A feature of the course are visiting 6 different properties where permaculture principles have been adopted ranging from urban backyards through to broardacre application.

There are no pre requisites for attending the course but we recommend you reading either Bill Mollison and Reny Slays -'An Introduction to Permaculture' or Rosemary Morrows - ' Earthusers Guide to Permaculture'.

The course is fun, interactive and will inspire participants to make changes in both their own lives and their community around them.
