    Global Resource Alliance (GRA) has two active permaculture demonstration plots in the Mara Region of Tanzania. One plot is in a small rural village called Kinesi. The three acre Kinesi Garden was created to provide a sustainable source of food to the 75 families caring for orphans in the village, and any other community members interested in learning permaculture design. The second demonstration plot is located at GRA’s offices in Musoma and feeds staff and volunteers. This half-acre property has provided an excellent space to create an abundant garden with the help of local secondary school permaculture enthusiasts and international volunteers.
